Standard Shipping is free for all orders over $100 USD. Orders will ship via USPS.
Mints Shipping Policy
Mints ship in 3-5 Business Days via USPS, unless we inform you otherwise on our website or by email.
Mints Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we will do our best to resolve your concern.
Merchandise Shipping Policy
Our merchandise is produced after your order is placed. Please allow 5-14 days for your merchandise orders to be printed and shipped to you. In most cases our merchandise and mints process and ship separately so if you order mints and merchandise, you will likely receive your mints before your merchandise.
Merchandise Return Policy
For clothing, accessories, etc., our return policy is still aimed at making you happy but reflects the different nature of these products:
- If you don’t love your item, you can return or exchange within 14 days of the item being delivered.
- To process a return, please email team@athlethc.com with your order number in the subject line.
- Items must not be worn, washed or damaged. All items will be inspected by our quality control team prior to authorizing a return or exchange.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. This includes using a promotion code at checkout.
- After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
- Customer is responsible for shipping fees on merchandise returns.
