Delta-9 THC is the cannabinoid that most people refer to when they say THC. Delta-9 is the same molecule whether it is derived from hemp or cannabis. It is naturally occurring in all hemp and cannabis plants and has been consumed by humans for thousands of years – unlike Delta-8, HHC, or other chemically converted or synthetic cannabinoids which have only commercially existed for a few years.

Delta-9 THC is 100% federally legal when it's from hemp (such as in our mints) and under 0.3% by dry weight, as governed by the 2018 Farm Bill.

Despite this, some states have restrictions in place. These states you can not order our products:

ATHLETHC is intended to be a fast acting, sessionable mint, meaning you can control and build your effect. Our products contain a mild amount of THC, so you can feel comfortable stacking to your desired effect.

There is no “recommended potency” for microdosed THC mints. Why? Because a lot of factors influence how you might experience the effects. The most influential is your cannabis tolerance and experience.

With a typical onset of just 10-15 minutes (and the potential to last two-plus hours), we recommend starting with one and building from there.

We also recommend taking the mint formula that best serves the activity you are heading in to.

ATHLETHC tests all product batches at an ISO-accredited laboratory for quality control purposes. We make these lab results, also known as a Certificate of Analysis (CoA), available for your inspection here. Use the results to find the CoA for a product you’ve purchased or review the latest lab results before you buy.

All of our products contain a minimum of 2mg of THC, which will result in a positive THC test if consumed prior to testing (duration of time prior is based on metabolism, testing parameters, and other factors unique to testing and individual). ATHLETHC cannot advise on drug testing. Please check with your doctor, lab, or employer prior to consuming our products if this may be a concern for you.
